The deck if fairly simple you get as many artifacts into play at possible That will lower casting cost for Qumulox and Broodstar. Broodstar and Master of Ethernium will get more powerfull. And as you get artifacts into play you gain life (Leonin Elder) + you draw cards(Vedalken Archmage) There are also some small yet usefull combos. Sleight of Mind + Hydroblast = counter spell/destroy permanent for 2 blue mana Sage Owl + Skullclamp = Look at top 4 cards of your deck and arange them in any order then equipt Skullclap to Sage Owl killing it letting you draw 2 cards.
