I'm a bit confused about Extraplanar Lens in a mono red deck? But perhaps I'm not clear on how it works. I'd consider adding some white, angels and damage deflection/prevention like Holy Day. It'd also be great to get the mana down on this a bit.

Personally I'd run more expensive equipment with Stoneforge Mystic.
Pariah and Paradise Plume seem kinda counter-productive.

Plated slivers are the only single mana spell this deck has. :/ I figure the Blademaster is ideally the creature you'd beef up as much as possible and everyone else would provide decent support.
Done, dropped the flanking sliver as well as added Ancient Ziggurat.
Or how about 1x Living Death for a lot of those beasties.
Why Misty Rainforest and not Terramorphic Expanse?
Mana curve is way too steep. You won't be able to play anything until the third turn. Trade out some of the big stuff for low cost creatures to at least take hits.

Ha, I like it. I always wondered about the remove and come back cards and using them with Pandemonium like that is awesome. I probably don't have any Pandemoniums, but still, nice deck.

I think it's fine, and you're 9 cards short of 60. It's mono white so I'd imagine only 20 plains would be fine so then you need 13 more cards. Maybe some artifact(s) to boost your tokens a bit.
