Played with some friends over the weekend and won 3 1v1 games and a couple 3 player games. Only one I lost was a 6 player group game. One person had an Izzet deck with Guttersnipe and the guy to my right that was swinging at me was playing Gruul. I took too much from the darn Guttersnipe and my Dreadbore was countered when I tried to kill it so the Gruul guy was able to get in one swing to finish me off.

It was brought to my attention that even if Master of Cruelties is bocked at all, even with trample, his damage to the other player will not reduce them to 1. I hadn't noticed that until we were in a few games. I'll likely be swapping Deviant Glee out for a different enchant now. The extra damage and life is good but this makes the trample far less necessary.

That's a good suggestion for Hexproof. I'd like to be able to get that on him and had been thinking about it for a while. I just don't know if I want to add in the extra color for one card though. I'm going to get this together and give it a few test runs to see how it goes. I have the disentomb to help out if he gets murdered and 3 of him so I'm hoping the removal won't be enough. Aside from that if all focus goes to him it leaves them open for the other creatures to do their thing.

Thanks for the constructive info. I've added the lands you mentioned, taken out Crypt Ghast, and added Rakdos. I did add one more Master of Cruelties as well because I feel like alot rides on him getting out there. If I can get him out and a hit through with Madcap or trample via Deviant Glee, the game is basically won. It would only take one damage from lobber crew, searing spear, bump in the night, or pillar of flame to finish it on that same turn.

I feel you on the blocking situation with Madcap but with everyone running two color decks, I don't know that intimidate will be nearly as helpful as madcap. Since Master has first strike and deathtouch he can basically disable their blockers two by two until there's none left. I'll admit there's a weakness here if I'm fighting a crap ton of tokens, but even with Firefist Striker I wouldn't be able to get past that. In that scenario I'd have to rely on direct damage with the fire spells, bump, hellrider, lobber, and bomber.

Feel free to critique further. I'm open for any info as I'm no professional. I just play with some friends.
