Put your commander in the sideboard - that's how you know it's the commander :-)

I see your point about Eladamri and Joraga Warcaller - I'll swap those cards. Nevinyrall's Disk is for the lack of a better board sweeper.. do you have any suggestions?

Ya, you're right about Akroma's Vengeance.. I think I'll do it. And with the commander: Alright, didn't know that. A bit weird that this site doesn't support commander decks.
Right now I'm just a bit concerned about the amount of soldier tokens I actually will produce with this deck.. thanks for your feedback, though, it really helped.

Why would I move Darien to the sideboard when it's my commander? ;)
But Avacyn, Angel of Hope has been in my mind as well, ya. Just not sure what to take out.. I have 4 board cleaners already, so I don't think that Wrath of God will be that great.
