Deck Description

So I was looking through the unloved section when I saw "Flip A Coin" by Mumbillyjoe. It's really cool, check it out here: http://www.mtgvault.com/mumbillyjoe/decks/flip-a-coin/. Anyways, I thought I would try the same thing, but make it revolve around Karpulsan Minotaur. It's also not modern.

The point is to get out Krark's Thumb, and then Karpulsan Minotaur. After that, play as many cards as you can that will keep causing coin flips.

How to Play

Make sure to get out Krark's Thumb as early game as possible. From there, it's pretty self explanatory. Play everything you can, using Stitch in Time to buy time. Once you get out Karpulsan Minotaur, you'll be doing major damage to anything that moves. You can make him indestructible with Darksteel plate.

Deck discussion for Flip a coin. Go on, do it.

Looks fun! You'd probably want Fabricate or Muddle the Mixture to search for Krark's Thumb, because the deck is only half-good without it. I also personally like Mirror Gallery, because with 2 or 3 Krark's Thumbs in play you become practically unstoppable. Also, with Frenetic Efreet, you have an instant combo-win: stack its ability on the stack say, 40 times (while you have the Minotaur in play), and chances are you'll be able to win half of the flips - dealing 20 damage to your opponent. If you don't have the Minotaur, Frenetic Efreet still makes a great blocker.

Thanks for the recommendation. :) I like Mirror Gallery. Frenetic Efreet sadly won't work (I actually looked it up while making this deck). The 40 actions go on the stack, but once the first one triggers, the efreet goes away. There is no longer a legal target, and therefore, the remaining 39 fizzle.

Frenetic Efreet received an errata so the combo wouldn't work, but then the errata was undone, so the combo still works. The ability doesn't target the Efreet, so it's all good. Frenetic Sliver, on the other hand, does not work.
