Well, first, u need 2 things more slivers that produce mana and to think more a fixed strategy. Try the manaweft sliver x4 and the gemhide x4. Second u need to have better kind of lands, forget to have only basiic lands, try with ancient ziggurat and gemstone mines or thran quarry or even glacial fortress or rootbound crag. And last remmember, slivers are so powerfull but they have thacapacity of controling the field, an excelent combo is for example toxin sliver with striking sliver or bonescythe. Try to add crystalline slivers too, theyre the only efective sliver against control decks and spell based decks, but remmember they give shroud and if you taget them with for example a magma sliver that wouldnt work, so better try to make your slivers not to tap, only for mana and give them vigilance. If you dont have crystalline slivers there is the ward sliver, but its expensive in mana.
