Effin' awesome! (Goes to order cards)

One card does not a Mill Deck make man. And in order to mill through their deck, you'd need 60 mana and hope they have no creatures. If they have one in the second or third card, it doesn't do you much good. There are literally a metric crap-ton of mill oriented cards out there that you could use. Ignoring the blue I have in there, take a look at the black cards I have in this deck for example: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=111155
So... taking your idea here... I made this: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=112224
Maybe I'm confused here... but this says it's a Mill Deck. Where are the mill cards? I see a few discards... and plenty of creature control cards... but no mill cards.
That's a good point there. If all he's doing is continually drawing the same mana over and over, it'll sure as hell frustrate someone, lol! I might suggest removing 2 Rampant Growths as well as the Root Runners, and adding Llanowar Mentor (x2) and Llanowar Elves (x4). This will give you lots of additional mana to ensure you can continually cast. The only issue I see really is the damage capability though. Perhaps Ivy Elemental? That's an excellent low cost card that can be a nice big creature.
The only thing I can see with this deck that would be an issue (besides the lack of quick destruction) is that you are just putting lands on top of your opponent's library instead of out-right destroying them. I might suggest adding the following instead of Uproot & Fallow Earth: 4x Drain the Well 2x Rolling Spoil 2x Thermokast -or- Ice Storm These destroy the land outright and in the case of Drain the Well, gives you life too.
I do like this one. I opted for a straight black version, adding Liliana's Caress and Quest for the Nihil Stone alone with Suffer the Past. Take a look, let me know what you think.
It's a little big for my tastes... but should work just fine none-the-less. Nice selection of Vampires to damage your opponent and give yourself life in return. At first I was going to say remove the Captivating Vampires... but thinking about it, it would be useful against a creature deck I suppose... that and the +1/+1 for all your Vamps doesn't hurt. Not sure about the Disfigure or Hideous End. I might remove those just to speed up the deck a little bit. Otherwise I like it.
I have to agree with Azrael here. For one, you have a LOT of 5+ Mana creatures in that deck, and a lot of things non-Vampire as well. It sort of looks like you just picked a bunch of Black at random and said "Vwalla, my deck is completed!"
