Since you're not running Equipments and want to stay UG Infect, I'd recommend adding a Blightsteel and 2-3 shape Anew. After converting Inkmoth into a creature, shape anew into Blightsteel.

I'd have to say though, Glistener Elf is too easy of a target. If your opponent runs Wither or Infect as well... you would need Blighted or you lose.

The weakness is that Gwafa must be on the field to prevent the creatures with bribery counters from attacking or blocking. I think you need Shield of Kaldra and Darksteel Plate.

UB Ally Exiling Mill Extended. It should work for Legacy too; http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=138760

Myr: Endless Mana + Myr Welder(Temple Bell). There are other ways to make people draw as well.
Mana Ramp + Blue Sun's Zenith = Draw X where X is their remaining cards. Hehehe.
There are other ways to make people draw their deck too so don't just write it off. Magic is full of loopholes... It's part of the reason why it's so fun to play! :D

Read Livewire Lash and read Infect.
Livewire Lash reads: "Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell, this creature deals 2 damage to target creature or player." The creature deals the 2 damage.
Infect reads: " Infect (This creature deals damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters and to players in the form of poison counters.)" If the creature deals any damage, it will be minus-counters or poison counters, unless altered by any other card such as Melira.

If you plan to main Livewire Lash & Pump, I would recommend sideboarding 2 Feast&Famine 1Light&Dark 1Fire&Ice. I don't know what ban listing your using so I'm assuming it's Freeform. Overall though, pump spells, livewire lash, and infect creatures work much more effectively than running other artifacts or enchantments when dealing with infect... unless you expect the battle to go on forever.

Since you posted to look at this deck both on my UB Infect and the deck I posted at, I recommend you consider Livewire Lash. You should know the reason since you saw what I posted on the other.

Melira doesn't remove the infect counters already on the creatures. Hydra doesn't have trample. Blight Mamba's regeneration seems more like a waste to pay into... Run 4 Mutagenic Growth.

I don't see Kessig Wolf Run being worth it. Toxic Nim is second rate. Id rather see people running Swords than Skeletal Grimace. Fire Shrieker may be useful at first glance but instead, compounding spells targeting a Livewire Lash'd infect is much more effective.

I'm sure I constructed a BG Infect a long while ago but it looks like I never posted it. It would of course include the second most devastating infect creature, Putrefax. the 5/3 Trample Haste Infect that lasts one turn. The deck was before New Phyrexia but worked effectively. With plague stinger damaging early and Livewire Lash boosting damage and target-infecting, a Putrefax is a bomb that your opponent must block completely or lose.

Lastly... Plague Myr seems out of place... I don't see why you're running it.

If you want Control and Tokens... I'd say Green+White is more than enough. My GW Standard Token deck is more Mana/Tokens but here it is:
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=402651

If you insist on running black for Vraska and Sorin. I will say this, red isn't suited for what I think you're trying to pull off. If you want to make a W/B/G, I don't mind giving a little help. ^_^ but you need to decide what you want, victory and color-wise.

Yes... but there are several others that shuffle themselves as well and artifacts that shuffle your graveyard into your library which can be used at the end of your opponents turn.

I'd have to say there's a second way to Mill people that most never consider... A deck that forces your opponent to draw their entire deck at the end of your own turn... They have nothing to draw and Eldrazi can only shuffle into the deck from Graveyards. Unless your opponent has some sneaky trick up their sleeves, they lose! haha

I think running Blue/Black is a better option unless you do something crazy like ColBoom said but the likelihood of being countered is equally as possible. I'd also recommend `Livewire Lash` for more advantages since you're running pumps. Even in Blue/Black, you can run pumps and even use `Mutagenic Growth` at a cost of -2 life. In doing So, you swap `Glistener Elf` for `Plague Stinger` to gain a higher chance of dealing unblocked infect via flying.

If you insist on staying Blue/Green, I recommend adding `Livewire Lash` anyways and pulling in `Distortion Strike`s.

I think Immaculate Magistrate instead of Imperious Perfect and consider Strength of the Tajuru.

Elvish Champion is fine but it only gives you a dominance when your opponent runs forests. You should run something that will give you trample effects. 1 Akroma's Memorial isn't enough for this.

To successfully mill ALL decks, you need Leyline of the Void.

This doesn't look like a Soulbound deck. I think the anime `Cardfight Vanguard` had a character that said it best "What is your deck's winning image?". Decide what your idea of victory is, and build from there...
Is it overwhelming trample creatures? A massive army of tokens? Flying? Infect? a Combo?

Do you really need to run 3 colors to pull off what you want or is running 4 colors what you wanted to pull off in the first place?

There are tons of mill decks that don't need to retrieve spells. Retrieving spells is moving cards from your graveyard to hand/field. Elixir shuffles your grave into your deck. You could be using that extra card space for milling. Another problem with Elixir in your deck is that you are running Flashback cards. After you Flashback, the card gets exiled so you don't get to shuffle it with Elixir.

You can use the Sands at the end of your opponents turn with all your unused lands. Rather than letting your excess mana go unused, you use it to have them mill that extra amount. Anyone who considers Sands a primary tool has either a screw lose or is running a Control deck that shuts down your opponent so that you have the ability to use Sands as a primary tool... like my Standard UW Mill:

I think you'll die before you finish milling them unless they're land screwed.
Main +2 Jace, Memory Adept, -4 Elixir of Immortality +4 Sands of Delirium
Sideboard +4 Elixir of Immortality

I don't consider Geralfs a creature because he costs 6. By the time this deck generates 6 mana without problem, it'll probably have lost already.

I'll assume this deck's Freeform....
As is, `Field Marshal` is a wise choice but `Veteran Armorsmith` will just will hurt you more in the long run. Lower `Cenn's Tactician` to 2, `Intrepid Hero` to 2 and `Nomads' Assembly` to 1. I'd drop `Lost Leonin` and `Serra's Blessing`. It would be wise to run `Cenn's Enlistment` to make soldier tokens as well. Also, if you're going to run `Captain of the watch`, it'd be wiser to put it in the deck and sideboard it out when it presents a problem. If you're not running `Oblivion Ring` in the main, sideboard 2-3 of them.

I'd focus it on Soldier tokens with creatures as back up. I'd run 2 `Elspeth, Knight Errants` and 3-4 `Elspeth Tirel`, and 3-4 `Intangible Virtue`, 1-3 `Cathars' Crusade` and 1-2 `Eldrazi Monument`. I'd drop `Mobilization`, `Veteran Armorsmith`, `Lost Leonin`, `Kithkin Zephyrnaut`, `Champion of Parish`, `Intrepid Hero` completely for a token Soldier deck.

In the token format, you might consider 1-2 `Darien, King of Kjeldor`and 2 `Resplendent Mentor`.

I don't feel you should run Rugger Prairie, Wooded Bastion, or Fire-Lit Thicket. The fetch lands from Onslaught/Zendikar would work better. You don't need to worry about 1-2 life a game because you get the land you're types your lacking. The Alpha~Revised dual-lands can be fetched with them so it works perfectly.

I didn't notice that but yea... you're not generating counters so it's a waste of mana that way too...

I think you should run `Explorer's Scope`. It's good for getting land out but you're also running 40% as opposed to 33% lands so it'll be even more reliable. I think it'd be a good idea to run Green Sun's Zenith to fetch your `Gemhide Sliver` or other green slivers. Also, `Aura Shards`.. It's a really useful card when you run a lot of creatures.

Garruk Relenetless~ Creature Fetch, Deathtouch spawn, +X/+X Trample

`Decimate` is also something to consider to rip your opponent's field apart. `Kaleidostone` and `Composite Golem` have solid effects with 1/ea mana sacrifice effects. `Rhystic Study` can help you fill your hand back up as well as cut down on the spells your opponent throws down.
