Most of the Tim-like blue critters are buried somewhere in this Timmy EDH deck I'm working on if you're looking for other ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/doctorhydrogen/decks/nivmizzet-dracogenius-edh/

Draw functions you could add Ophidian Eye I guess, though there's a lot of overlap there with Curiosity.

Maybe Meekstone instead of Ensnaring Bridge so you aren't reliant on an empty hand for defense? Both have weaknesses though. Dissipation Field would work well for defense also, with the added bonus of working on things beyond creatures.

Fledgling Mawcor gives you a 2/2 with flying with a Timmy ability for just one more mana than the rest. There may be situations where that would be worthwhile, but like the Meekstone I'm not sure this is it. Just a thought.

Backfire seems the odd man out here. I personally would just replace it with something like Control Magic or spell counters, and if you're going to play with Peek maybe just play with Telepathy instead. You lose the draw-a-card potion but it's always up.

Increasing Ambition > Diabloic Tutor in EDH, imo. One extra mana for the ability to play it a second time from the graveyard and pull two cards is well worth it.

Disturbed Burial is also a must-have in black EDH, and it's dirt cheap.

Kaysa? Dirt cheap and helps a good portion of your critters.

Since cost doesn't seem to be an issue, I'd for sure throw in a fourth Sublime; that card is sick. Qasali Ambusher is nice for flash I guess, but in a exalted deck it's not like you're going to be fooling anyone into thinking you don't have defenders, and if all you care about is reach why not go with Court Archers, or Dawnray Archers for sniping?

I'd have a tough time passing on Kasya in a mono green. That doesn't help your cut 6 problem tho.

However, since we're not talking about the theoretical value of blue/green vs. black, here's a comment or two about this particular deck: First, I'm not a huge fan of either Servant of Nevarox or Duskmantle Prowler. I'm not sure 1 extra toughness or haste is worth the added mana over just adding two more Knights of Glory. I don't love Angel's Mercy, either; slapping a Spirit Link on a creature right before it attacks will get you 7 life pretty often in an exalted deck, and it might well be around for multiple turns. Lots cheaper, too. I also find it really hard not to throw a couple of Sign in Blood in a black deck. You tend to blow your hand out pretty fast, and I can't count the number of times drawing two cards has been the difference, and I've won more than a few forcing my opponent to draw when he's at 1 or 2 life.

I love exalted, but IMO people get too hung up on using black. I don't know that it brings anything to the table you don't get from green or blue. Ardent Plea alone makes it hard for me to pass on blue, and you get the flexibility of Steel of the Godhead and Curse of Chains.

I'd swap at least two Dark Favor/Divine Favor for Spirit Mantle. Making your attacker near unblockable is going to be worth a lot more than the buffs (plus they still get 1/1). I'd also be tempted to consider a couple of Sign in Blood as I always find myself with an empty hand about turn 5-6.
