Ummm yea I suggest you add Black color to your deck but forget the white cuz all you need is blue/black. Add some targeted library exile like sadistic sacrement because if youre up against an opponent who has Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Progenitus youre pretty much screwed or in deep ****. Glimpse the Unthinkable is also a Blue/Black card you have to get for you mill deck. You could also add some artifacts like Millstone or Keening Stone.

I suggest adding Grim Tutor or Diabolic Tutor in case Quietus spike dosnt come up... There might be a card for artifacts only that costs less but i didnt feel like searching :D. Diabolic Vision or Ponder is also a way to get it! Nice idea though!

Thanks for the...sarcastics...advices. I'm a novice in milling, so please go easy on me next time. I added Traumatize because is it a very good card. I added 2 Hedron Crab too.
