Instead of Firebolt, I would use Searing Touch, Even though Firebolt is better in terms of amount, Searing Touch can be used more consistently and still be thrown away.

Also, if you didn't know, be careful about 70+ card decks because getting land screwed or too much is more likely to happen. Most decks are 60 cards for this reason

I like the concept, I've Been thinking about a nemisis mask + Living Plane combination for a while with red instants. However, I noticed that your deck has a good amount of diversity but also Based mostly off instants.

Consider Crucible of Worlds and Keldon Arsonist for longer term land destruction. Also I noticed that your blue cards are significantly lacking and that you have a lot of third turn destroy land instead of first turn or second (Boomerang I would consider 2nd just because it can screw someone just as easily as a destroy land card.)

Also, Ambassador Laquateus is problably one of the best cards for Library to graveyard
