To those who missed out on the World Championship Backing Event awards by using a different email

I've contacted customer service and they were happy to grant me my awards after explaining and proofing I had entered the event with a different email account than the account that is connected to my Arena account.

For me it was just the sleeves and 1 ICR, but i really wanted the sleeves.

So, i've you've missed out as well just contact customer service.

I picked Paulo on my main and got the pet. I also made 15 alias accounts tied to a single Yahoo account as a back up. None of the alias accounts got any prize emails sent to them. Some people reported that alias accounts did work and they redeemed multiple codes on a single arena account. Some people ar https://shareit.onl/ https://appvn.onl/ e also claiming they have received no emails despite only voting once and with the email tied to the account.
