Na, i play a lot of legacy and casual. im trying to get into modern with a deck that's not one of the staples so ya. but your deck is cool with the death touch theme though.

well you have 24 land with 15 more mana sources from artifacts, so pretty much 2/3rds of your deck only produces mana im just saying. just and idea you could put some tutors in for find tezzert also

may i suggest cololation victory, last stand, Prismatic Omen, elesh nornm, and/or maybe a garruk

oh i forgot white weenie and show and tell and dredge almost always do great and theirs no wastelands. now to end this all you said budget those are all budget options that have showed great potential at some point, and some are still doing decently well.
