you dont need tectonic edge, you should be destroying their lands by turn 3 or 4 right? and they needs 4 or more lands to activate edge, so whats the point? your just mana screwing yourself

I have a deck just like this, its similar but has a completely different win conition lol I dont use dragons because I think they cost way too much to play, I like cheap spells :)

yeah and milling isnt much of a win condition anyways, if your opponent runs any big eldrazi then your done for. I like the tempo and control though, just need to add a way to win. lol add soliton and heavy arbelest to the deck and take out the mill cards lol thatl win ya :)

I also considered voltaic key, but I figured it is only good when I have liquimetal coating out. You need natures spiral in your sideboard because anything that destroys artifacts will wreck you, i played standard in a tourney and someone mainboarded 2 viridian corruptors, man did i have a hard time dealing with that piece of ****

I have a liquimetal coating deck, I'm glad i ran into this, some good ideas, mine is similar but it doesnt run blue, I let them cast their spells and then use pyroclasm and slagstorm to clear the board (seeing that they are landlocked at 2 lands theyre creatures wont have high toughness :) at any rate consider playing ancient stirrings to fetch liquimetal coating. i use birds instead of elves because it can tap for any color, so i think its better.

With the ondu cleric and ability to kick rite of rep on ondu cleric why not add life gain as a win condition, throw in 1 felidar sovereign. Take a look on my take on turbo bant allies, It's a little faster and doesn't rely on late-game cards like venser

Please comment, should I add counter spells or removal or ramp??? I don't really know what should be in the sideboard either, probably autumns veil, turn aside, spell pierce, and journey? Or maybe Kor fire walker? I dunno tell me if you see any other combos or if there are better cards I could out in or maybe add another combo. Thank you :)

Combo 7: 2X tideforce elemental plus a livewire lash tap and target other elemental to untap back and forth, with each target getting 2 damage ( granted it's not fast, it's still something that kills creatures and does minor damage)

Combo 1: infinite mana. reckless scholar discards soliton and khalani gem then target both with myr welder = infinite mana
Combo 2: infinite mana. 2X lotus cobra, ruin ghost, and tideforce elemental = infinite mana
Combo 3: infinite damage. Lotus cobra, ruin ghost, tideforce elemental, and livewire lash = infinite damage
Combo 4: massive damage each turn: equip soliton with heavy arbalest
Combo 5: target Soliton with myr welder then equip heavy arbalest
Combo 6: put heavy arbalest and livewire lash on a creature then untap with tideforce elemental for 6 damage for 1 mana
