idk man, im not a fan of heartless right now. with the release of dark ascension, aggro and rogue ramp decks seem to be on the rise and their all good and +1'ing decks like this as far as creatures. if it works for you then run it by all means. i've just never been a fan of heartless. also, since ur playing superion, u might wanna run the myr that taps for 2 colorless. it gives u a less chance of having a dead card in ur hand if u draw ur superion

hes sick in this deck man. hes a surprise anthem. heres an example of why hes so mean. im playing pod in the super iq a couple days ago. i go sorin emblem blah blah swing. next turn some shenanigans and roll him up. this is where it got fun. i topdeck sorin number 2. so i roll mine down, get emblem number two, play another and roll him down and swung a total of over 30 dmg. :)

we tested out the pest but didnt like him due to the fact that he doesnt get a pump from 8/11 anthems.

i pick shrine over elspeth any day. u cant pop an elspeth on the end of turn to swing game on ur turn. lol. weve been playtesting the crap outta this thing. online and offline. if ur on lackey and see username 'jp' thats us testing this deck. lol. thats all weve done the past week to get it ready for durham tomorrow. we initally had elspeth in there, but we took her out for oblivion ring. i can honestly say its helped a lot. i cant tell you how many times i have o ringed a blocker or their o ring to get back an anthem to swing game. one game, i oringed their o ring to get my sorin back, go an emblem and swong game. hahahaha. he pooped a brick.

Yea don't pay attention to that sb. It's just random crap. The only deffinates so far are 2 crusaders, 3 surgicals, X mental misstep, and a sword or 2. We're gonna tear from lunch til 6 and put together a rough draft sideboard with the cards we want in it. Then we may adjust some numbers bases on pt dka results from day 1 to prepare for the meta

that last statement is the prime reason i didnt like her. id get her to her ultimate, but if i bombed, then i would actually get rid of more helpful stuff on my place. the deck deos fine without her. i like her more in the control version

the champion/human build is potentially 1 more turn faster. turn 1 champ, 2 gather, 3, gather, 4 honor honor. notice i said potentially. counters hurt that deck a lot more because it disrupts not only them getting dudes, but keeps champ at bay. i actually commented on someones build on here that had the right champion build. idk if u can view peoples previous comments, but if so go thru my old posts and look for the guy i said had a bw champion build that i would send people to as a reference. i wanna find him and then find someone with the superfriend/control build so people interested in tokens can view all 3 builds of it.

i wouldnt replace it in the main cuz she alone is like shrine, it can possibly be a win con. in some games i do side one out. primarily just against mono green or infect and i bring the crusaders in. shes too good to not be a 4of main

i know this is gonna be hard to believe but shes too slow. i may work on siding her against certain matchups. but u have NOOOO idea how much me and the shop owners have been testing this deck the past 3 days. i can honestly say taking her out for 2 orings has helped alot

Surgical wrecks a lot of stuff. It's my favorite card from that set. I think my sideboard is goin to make or break me this weekend. Me and the shop owners are gonna sleeve up the decks from last weeks SCG top 8 and see how it fares and what 2 cards if any are sb options are against it. From there were gonna make mine for this weekend. I think mental misstep and surgical are given. I will post up the actual sb when we get it done tomorrow

drop the mentor of the meek for doomsayers. and since ur running 2 kill spells main u can drop an oring and throw it in the side. replace it with the last honor of the pure and ur straight. check miine out. i may use you as a reference for people suggesting the human/champion route just because it is the third variant of our deck. theres mine, yours, and then the planeswalker control one
