Try to find something to replace Centaur's Herald, it's really not worth it's mana cost, it's a Call of the Conclave for 2 extra mana.
I would suggest maybe Doomed Traveler. The Guildmage is also a pretty manacost-inefficient card, which could be replaced by another Trostani and maybe Gutter grime, Loxodon Smiter, or Miming Slime.

You could take a look at my Burn deck if you're looking for some other cards. My deck is in no way perfect, and was made a while ago, but it might help you out. The Pyretic Ritual won't do you very much good, it's simply one red mana you gain, which is only useful if you're trying to build up a big Fireball. And besides, there are better cards for quickly bursting mana.

Mercy Killing looks like it could be fun, just to zap a Mhul-Daya Channeler and instantly get out 5 extra elves. I don't think I'll be using imperious though, since I've enough things with 3 mana cost, the token generation is a bit too slow, I don't think I need more lords than Elvish Archdruid and Joraga Warcaller.

The question is if I want to play with Gilt-leaf ambush or Mercy killing. Guilt-leaf is awesome to use in a defensive way, with them getting deathtouch and all, but Mercy killing giving me more tokens. I think I'll keep Ambush since I don't really have a lot of creatures that I want to sacrifice, I wouldn't get that big of a boost out of them.

I've also made an Orzhov deck, although mine is based around total lockdown of the opponent with enchantments and Extorting.

The Exquisite blood + guildmage instawin combo looks fun, I might use that...
Killing wave seems like a kind of counter-intuitive card since you're going for a token-based deck. Oh, and keep in mind that Illness in the ranks will be anoying as hell against this deck, you might wanna get some "Destroy target enchantment" cards in the sideboard.
Your sideboard is 16 cards at the moment, you're not allowed more than 15.

Seesm pretty good actually, only find it a bit strange that you have so many new cards and don't keep it Standard. Besides, Tatsumasa is not worth it's mana cost imo. If you really want an expensive equipment, I'd say argentum armor is better, but personally i'd put in Geosurge instead (Along with some dual lands).

Also, if you're contemplating making it standard, check out thundermaw hellkite. instead of Dragonmaster outcast.

[Hypnotic specter] is an upgrade to liliana's, and if you can get a hold of it, [The Rack] is nasty.

I've been thinking of making a discard deck of my own, but using blue and black to totally decimate peopel with Jace's Archivist + Liliana's Caress.

You might want to change the amount of each type of creature you have, otherwise it looks like a decent deck, could use some work.
I don't really have the time to help you out atm, but good luck.

Too many common cards to be a constructed deck.
Too few of each card, the deck will be inconsistent.
Never have over 60 cards in your deck, you almost always gain from having exactly 60.
If you're going to play with populate, you'll need way more ways to get out strong tokens like
[Call of the Conclave] [Armada Wurm][Security Blockade]

Would be nice with some help with a sideboard! I'm not sure what the deck would have a trouble handling, so some insight on that would be helpful.
Right now it's made to be able to withstand Fog, by getting one of my creatures big enough to fling for an instakill.

I see no point in using viridian corruptor over viridian shaman, using a single card with infect will get you nowhere!
Also, there's never any reason to go over 60 cards in a deck.

She hasn't got all the colours, but she's so much more fun, to rip out like 20 auras and instakill your opponent :)

I'd say you haven't got enough tokens to get the most out of your Hellrider and Odric, but otherwise it seems nice :)

You could try using Lava spike for 3 dmg, or maybe Thundering wrath if you enjoy Miracle cards. I personally like things like Volcanic Hammer over using Shock, one more manacost aint really that bad.
