Yes good call.
I'm not running memory erosion I'm just using my sideboard for cool cards I found that I might keep in mind for this deck. Visions sounds good.
If this deck is based on krenko you should put more of him in there.
I would recommend 60 cards only. and put 4 of one card instead of 1 or 2 of a bunch of different cards. What kind of goblins are you going for?

Dual casting doesn't cause you to "cast" spells the copy is made on the stack and so activated abilities such as sky summoner or guttersnipe don't apply to the copy.
