Talara's Battalion, Drove of Elves, Voice of The Woods, Adaptive Automaton or Brass Herald, and Elvish Guidance. The other thing I'd add is either vitalizing wind or overrun. I know Vitalizing wind costs 9 but with elves it can be played alot faster than that.

I'd say either add hamlet captain or even accorder paladin to swap out for some mayors. Maybe one less Melira and naturalize for revoke existence and a dismember maybe?
