Cemetery Reaper? He is pretty much a staple for Zombie decks. Maybe Unholy Grotto if you aren't going to Standard/Modern legal.

Why not Glacial fortress in place of Port Town? That way you don't have to reveal a land to play it untapped.

How do we feel about Progenitus as a commander? He is quite a large creature that I don't see being used much at all, and can stack commander damage real quick like.

I think, sadly, most of the cards to help your lichs block more creatures are white. My encyclopedia of cards doesn't currently know if any black cards that do it.
