I like this deck. That being said, id cut out basilica guards in favor of high priest of penance, id take out one basilica screecher for one more tithe drinker because he is going to be one of your main players once archangel gets out. With all the black in here, I'm tempted to suggest a full playset of gray merchant of asphodel. Lets face it, he is the king of extort, or maybe that is the obzedat. Whatever. You should also put two bile blights against tokens and weenie decks, three ultimate price since there are a lot of mono devotion decks these days and two revoke existences to take care of gods. Also, instead of the four doom blades, you should take out two of them and add two hero's downfalls for planeswalker hate. With the staves in the sb, which is a great idea in my opinion, you have one slot left. Check out lilianna of the dark realms. More mana ramp in black is awesome. Man, if this was modern, id say vampire nighthawk all the way! Keep in mind that this is just my opinion. I am no expert. +1 from me. Also, when you get a moment, you should check out my black white deck. It isn't extort like yours. It is meant to destroy everything while pinging away at life with obzy or tearing it apart with blood baron.

I agree with this. Plasma capture is s great idea. Say no to a fatty like stormbreath dragon. Next turn cast archangel of thune without tapping land. However it is very mana intensive so I would say 1-2 of them in the sideboard so that when you go up against gruul monsters or rakdos midrange or something like that, your counterspell nets you an advantage. If you absolutely need one in the main deck, I would take out one prophet. Trust me, topdecking a prophet when there is one on the field sucks.

If this was modern, I would definitely recommend memory lapse or remand. In standard, griptide might be something to accomplish what you need. It is a four drop though so maybe not. Vortex elemental is a one drop that puts a creature blocking it or blocked by it in their deck. Hope this helps!

Truthfully, I would consider using witchstalker over sacred wolf. Not only does it have better stats for the same mana cost, it still has hexproof, it also has blue/black hate. As far as aura's, one of my favorites is asha's favor. It gives flying, first strike, and vigilance. Indomitable will and feral invocation are both aura's with flash that can be used as combat tricks. Pretty sweet deck though. +1 from me.

Why no om-nom-nomnath? (Omnath for short.) You are eventually going to have a bunch of mana laying around. Why not dump it into omnath. Plus, he has great synergy with vorinclex. +1 from me.

Pentarch paladin could be interesting. Five cmc is pushing it a bit with an aggro deck. I was about to ask where silverblade paladin was and then I saw kinsbaile cavalier. I more suggestion I have is white shield crusader. Those are the only relevant knights I can think of at the moment. Coordinated barrage could work against a fatty you cant get rid of. Maybe a couple of ghostways sideboarded in case you face fieldwipes. I cant think of anything else. +1 from me.

Sweet deck! I was just looking through some decks for some inspiration and saw this deck. Gets a +1 from me. Check out this deck if you have a moment. I am proud of it.

First off, let me tell you how much I like this deck. I LOVE this deck. Secondly, I think you should find some space for a couple of traumatize. Milling half of their deck each cast is amazing. I like seruum visions in here so that you can somewhat set up your draw. Another card you might consider is thought scour. That way, if they have a scry effect, you can disrupt it by making them lose their top two cards. The card draw helps too. I wont pretend to know what I'm talking about. I have only fiddled around with milling but ill get to it eventually. +1 from me.

I would put Gideon in the sideboard in place of murderer investigation, id take out one martial coup from sb and since this deck isn't really focused on defending (and the fact that you have a bunch of chump block tokens) take out the palisade giant. That is just a suggestion. You do what you want since it is your deck. I wish you luck!

Me like this deck. Tribal knights ftw. Knight of meadowgrain to regain life lost from deck mining? Also, I know it isn't budget but mirran crusader is awesome sideboard material. Double strike and protection from spot removal from golgari is great. Spectral rider could also be a possibility. I have never seen intimidation in white before.

I chose tirel because indestructible tokens is awesome. Infinite chump and gangblocking ftw!

Okay. Thanks, I was thinking traveler for field presence after it dies but with token generators, I already have that. Bushi was just one of those guys that is overwhelming if you don't get rid of him. I prefer boros recruit though. With soldier piping in this deck, a one drop with double strike would be great. Thanks for the advice!

I really like this deck. I understand what you are saying as far as cheating out your bigger soldiers but I still somewhat agree with the first comment. You have a high curve. That aside, some suggestions I would make are drop a couple cards for God favored general. When it untaps, you can pay mana to put two 1/1 soldiers onto the field. I would also side intrepid hero and replace it with precinct captain. +1 from me.

Now that I think about it, elspeth tireless is a great planeswalker. Should I put her or sun's champion?

The point of purphy in this deck is not to make him a creature. It is his passive ability that is what I am using him for. Okay, imagine this, you have purphy out, you have hero of bladehold out, you swing with hero. Hero generates two tokens which makes purphy deal damage to the opponent. White red tokens in standard is tough competition right now because of that. That being said, this is a modern deck, and maybe I should make this deck faster. I think that purphy is still sideboard material so I will move him. I will have to think about this though because I want to have a low curve. I was thinking field marshal but my three drop spot is already full. One drops in here are lacking. What do you think bushing tenderfoot, boros recruit, or doomed traveler?

Yeah. Ive been trying to vet advice on a rakdos deck. I think I want merchant in here because there is a fair amount of black in here. My first try at rakdos midrange.
