Ow yeah, if the creatures get that extra +0/+1 from leyline of vitality, they wouldn't die from removing +1/+1 counters on them. This would be great against aggro/stompy. I get it. You don't want them to die.
The deck doesn't like to be on a late game. First four turns is your lime-life. Really fast.
The whole deck is a token-generator machine. Just hope that it wouldn't swarm at me.
