Thrill-kill assassin isn't the best, even in block, and madcap skills and dynacharge are good, but not quite playset worthy. I would remove 2 thrill-kill assassins and add 2 mizzium mortars, mabye add 1 wrecking ogre and a legion loyalist to replace a dynacharge and a madcap skills.
Mizzium mortars, undercity plague, legion loyalist, wrecking ogre, stuff like that.
I see that you have a playset of the red izzet card "dynacharge", but how about adding some red boros cards or even some black golgari cards?
I would add more merfolk lords.
I usually build decks for myself. They're on another account, and made private. This is my commenting/public account
Because he has very few basic lands, so dragonskull summit would just be like a guildgate in a lot of cases. Only one is neccessary.
