Built this deck with proxies and found that abudance and pack hunt did nothing. I also tested it with Streetz combo but it didn't help, I had already locked the game down by the time I could play it. Thanks everyone for the help refining this deck.

This deck is too slow to compete with most decks
I would replace Spectral Procession with Light from Within.
Primitive Etchings would be a good card for this deck and replace Fog or Moment's Peace in you sideboard with Tangle. Also you could use Garruk Wildspeaker or Overrun for the late game. Check out my Elvish control deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=24579

Wow! Good elf deck! The only problem I see is verse an aggro deck or a quick build up flying deck. You could consider adding an Ambush Commander to quickly get more elves for Immaculate Magistrate. The perfect opening hand for this deck would be the three combo cards plus three Dark Rituals and a swamp. If this ever happens, please post a picture of your opponents face. To help get the combo in this deck, try adding cards with Transmute Since this combo is low mana cost, you could use a land control deck.
