this is good but cheap aura's are what make kor spiritdancer go from being pretty good to amazing. things like Hyena Umbra, and Spider Umbra give you ridiculous amounts of card draw for cheap.

It seems a pretty expensive to me. The way I usually use Puresteel Pally is to put in cheaper equipment (flayerhusks, darksteel axe, etc.) if you can manage to survive to turn 4-5 you are in good shape but there are a fair number of decks that wont let you get there.

the idea, I am assuming is just to get either one of each land type or channel the suns and then just completely destroy with w.e you get at that point, but by turn 4 this deck will probably get taken down by any deck that isn't too slow to function

I don't know if this was the game plan, but you can't used myr reservoir to cast myr superion if that's the idea. I don't know it seems cool but it looks like you have a lot of mana and not a lot of direction for it. maybe put in some fire balls? that way when you have all your myrs out and a koth to -2 and double the mana you can just one shot them.

I see what you are trying to say like screw the swords they are too much money and the mistics but if you dropped in the pure-steels the deck would be even faster

doesn't Melira not work like that....like she prevents -1/-1 counters from being placed on your creature but the etched monstrosity enters with them. like it doesn't come in then get counters it comes it as a 5/5 with the counters that would be like if there was an effect that triggered off of a creature being on the battlefield with a power of 10 it wouldn't trigger because it is a 5/5 the whole time.

maybe I'm wrong and I hope I am because that would be a sweet combo but I'm pretty sure it doesn't...

I suppose it's good I just can't see it being very much fun. I hit you with this, I hit you with this [40 seconds later] I hit you with this and win.

and what if someone has 4 lay-line of sanctuaries after the first game they would just mully till they get it

it's a really sweet build don't get me wrong I just don't see it being very fun
