I just didn't want to leave so much riding on a single creature like the Painter's servent. I understand the potential it has but if I base the deck around it and then somebody just blasts it off the board as soon as I play it, the deck will falter.

I can tell you right now. Your deck will fail for 2 reasons, and I never thought I would see one of these......

1, your deck has more land than anything else. seriously? 51 land and 36 other? my god.....I can just see it now, turn 8 and you have 8 lands and that's all...

Also, you have 87 cards. That'll never work. NEVER take a deck about 65 imo.

This sliver deck doesn't have enough multicolor land. If you want all 5 of the colors then your going to need cards other than the gemhides that produce 5 colors. My sliver deck has 2 thran quarrys, 2 city of brass, 2 birds of paradise, 3 terramorphic expanse a gemstone mine and a mox diamond. All that and I am only running 3 colors of slivers. ALSO, you don't need 6 sliver legends. What if you draw 2? You're screwed. Try some homing slivers.

The deck has an average mana cost of 3.2 That's too high aka a bit slow. Try lightening it up. IMO, you never want your average cost higher than 3.

A fun Idea but the deck is a bit slow. Also, Minotaurs aren't a very threatening creature tribe type. If this deck played my slivers it would not be a match.

I don't know what else to say, if you're going to make a tribe deck with an average creature cost of 4, you might as well make the deck a drake tribal deck. At least they would all have flying..

Ok please check out my Ultimate Creature Destruction deck. You'll get a lot of good ideas from it.

Why do you want to make an all black sliver deck? That benefit is there? It's not hard to manage 3 colors when you have gemhides.

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea and the deck seems like a blast to play.

This deck is going to need about 30 lands. Maybe I'm missing out on something. Isn't a deck with 87 cards going to run kind of shitty? My advice is that you play this deck 50 times and then weed out the cards that don't come in handy as often. It will improve your odds of drawing cards that do come in handy.

Mana Echoes IS a blowout with the Queen or overlord but isn't that the point?

Also, Mana Echoes. That card works well with the queen and the overlord.

Mana Echoes + queen sliver = infiniti sliver tokens.
Mana Echoes + overlord sliver = play every sliver in your whole deck in just a few turns.

Check out the mana echoes.

Nice work. Only 1 suggestion. I think you should save yourself some money and just put in 1 legion, 1 queen and 1 overlord. Take those out and put in 2 or 3 homing slivers. They essentially allow you to play the legion or whatever you want except it only costs 3. If you start the match with 2 legend slivers in your hand, you'll probably struggle with speed. It's better to just fish for them.

Dude. Excuse me, but this deck is gay. Let's just get a combo in the deck and put 20 tutors in it that make me guaranteed to get the card. all of those tutors are restricted. You can only have one of each in your deck.

get. Might also want to try some multicolor mana producing cards, such as Bird of Paradise, Gemstone Mine, Mox Diamond, City of Brass. These cards are pricey but they are really worth it because they help your mana problems. If you want to talk a look at my slivers, please take a look at it.

I have seen a lot of sliver deck and there is, as always, room for improvement but its not bad at all. :)

problem with the mana. My other suggestions to you are that you think about adopting the red color. There are ALOT of great red slivers. Two of the best slivers in the entire library are homing and hunter sliver and they are both red. With homing sliver you can search for any sliver you need. I also suggest you try adding a legion sliver or any of the other legendaries. Again, with the gemhides and the homing slivers finding what you need to play the legendary creatures is not that hard to

Imsanzman, I have a lot of experience with sliver decks so allow me to share some of my knowledge.

This sliver deck is not bad. It's quite good. I love faces of the past. Very well done.

My suggestion to you is that you nix the black color. I know that crypt sliver and toxic sliver can be useful but honestly you don't need them. If you feel like you can't live without regenerate. Try poultice sliver. I know that its more expensive to use it, but with gemhide out, you should have any

Bring the deck down to no more than 65. It'll vastly improve your chances of getting some of those nice legendary cards.
Might want to think about making it into a cat deck and putting another one of those Raksha's in it. but if you don't want to do that, at least lessening the decks numbers will improve your chances of getting the cards you really need. :) nice. I like it!

I like this decks Idea. Isn't there some kind of a spell that lets you find enchantments. ALSO, a suggestion. What would happen if you didn't happen by drawing dragons? Cause you only have 12 of them. It might be a bit slow right? Maybe ti goes against the decks strategy but, put in some walls or something to tide you over in the meantime? Hard to tell I think without actually playing the deck. Is it slow? Maybe it just seems that way.

Besides with no crystalline slivers in play, they will just cast a destruction card on your queen sliver and that'll be the end of that.

Well since you aren't taking any advice from me when I am being very nice and sharing my sliver experience with you, I will just tell you that if you are basing your entire deck around mana echoes and sliver queen your deck will suck. Especially when you'll never manage to draw you're mana echoes and sliver queen together. You'll be dead long before. Why do you need infinite poison and life and all that crap. Isn't 1000 tokens enough to win?

Also, you need multiple crystallines. It's hard to win when your slivers keep getting picked off by burn cards and dark banishings.
