Im not tooo big into EDH, but i really like this. I think like you said, savageborn hydra by far is one of the beasts of the deck.

Tempt with veng, has to be one of the funniest cards imo. it puts the opponent in such an awkward situation.. love it +1 :)

Love eldrazi, look into Awakening Zone maybe its to slow but its a fun card... otherwise seems to function well

After being up all night (1am ish right now) ive finally done it. Norin the wary aka who i call Scooby doo because hes is afraid of everything...has found a home in a competitive deck... behold.

Yes this combo is legal.

-2 blood scrivner +2 sign in blood, same thing cant be burned and worthless.
-3 Executioners capsule, either.. 3x Gary or split them between the night hawk and geralf,

I still believe gary is OP in modern and standard. but hope your deck does well whatever type of build you make it.

I run a devotion mono black modern and it runs better than just normal modern black, id take away festering goblin and put in fume spitter for a better 1 drop. remove the hero and replace doom blade with go for the throat or victim of night. Get geralfs messenger and vampire nighthawk might be one of the best black creatures.

No gary? No obliterator? WHY :( those are the staples of modern black.

After play testing. i have enough mana ramp.

Also i have an infinite combo which allows me to draw my whole deck and get infinite mana with cloudstone curio so:P that is pretty fun to do usually around turn 4-5

Yeah im trying to get more then 2 of them, but i think 24 lands is necessary because i want to be able to cloud on turn 4 or 5 and fertile ground helps alot with that. I will test it out maybe running less than 24 and see how that works, thanks :)
