A fair argument, I think I will sideboard it for now. I will wait to see how/if the deck evolves further before deciding what to take out. Thanks for advice!

You could benefit from having more win condition cards that work with discarding or cards in your opponent's graveyard. I would definitely add 2x Surgical Extraction, and I would consider removing Cabal Coffers for more swamps.
I considered it, but I was hessitant. I have 9 lands and 9 non lands that I can cycle with it, and it would replace Mogg War Marshal as my second turn or push back everything else one turn. It is a good card, but I'm unsure about its cost vs reward for this deck. what are your thoughts?
Trade Caravan reads, "Use this ability only during any opponent's upkeep." I wouldn't ask if you were playing control, it would free up your land for creature conrtol etc.; however, your deck is creature focused. I do like seeing homelands draft of any effort though, it's nice and fun to see.
I a fair amount of editing; I hope you like where it's headed. I trimed the price more, too. I'd like to get the deck under $100 without making it worse, but I think it's getting better. Thanks for your advice!
Why do you have Labyrinth Minotaur and no islands? and x6 Trade Caravan?
Have you considered Scute Mob? It isn't a "landfall" card, but could work well with what you have going.
I'm aware of these ideas, but thank you for pointing them out. Defense of the Heart has been the main card in mind. You are right about it not being enough for its price; I cut down the cost a bit and am curious to hear what you think of it now.
That is a nice addition. The only concern I would have is drawing it. It's great in the opening hand, no question about that, but if drawn it's basically a blank card. I'll put it on the side board for now. Thanks a ton for the great advice!
Brutal :(Sounds like funny matches and a good story at least!
Flash/Protean Hulk decks are usually built for serious encounters, such as a deck that could throw down Force of Will on the said upkeep to prevent you from flashing. I personally only build decks that out everything on the chance of getting the combo off when they don't cost very much to put together. When spending money it's a personal preference to have more versatility and card options; this kind of deck has so little design options :( x4: gemstone caverns, elvish spirit guide, flash, protean hulk, disciple of the void, phyrexian marauder, shifting wall, and lotus petal (not mentioned but likely in the deck) leaves you with 36 card slots already chosen for you and hinging on nothing getting in the way. I designed (with some friendly help) a similar deck to this one (costs more but has a little more resilience) I think you'll know what I mean by all of this if you look over how the cards work together. The turn 1 ending is almost impossible (but possible). I'm glad you like it! Enjoy
Sounds like invasion block time :O
I love tendrils AND 4+ player matches; you're alright by me!
I bow to you sir.
Counterspell and Lightning Bolt released like 25ish years before Wall of Blood. I'm not sure how strong your win condition would be with a $13 control deck in general. It would beat this deck for sure though!
I'm glad you like it! I'm not big into standard, but with a little tweaking you could adjust this deck to be. If you do, link it to me and I'll let you know what I think.
This is the $13 budget version. Here is the link to the Legacy: http://www.mtgvault.com/spudshaver/decks/legacy-blood-fling-br/
Not a bad idea (sideboard for now), my only hesitation would be gifting them creatures with it. It is a good idea though, I'm going to think about it - I'll let you know.
Yeah :( "won't happen but I can dream"
