I'm sure I don't just speak for myself, when I write that help between us is much like a circle; refined and re-refined critical review is something quite hard to achieve without the help of others.I've tried but never been content building a mono black, budget, goblin deck. It is possible that the faeries are to blame, but who knows? No pressure ;)

Been thinking on it; I think the next release will help refine the build - not that anything seems to be obviously wrong. I'm just not sure exactly what to change without "really" changing the deck around.
Essence Harvest and Rite of Consumption work in place of fling. I do have a red and black deck like this, if you are interested: http://www.mtgvault.com/spudshaver/decks/legacy-blood-fling-br/
Those coffers do cost a lot... I only have mine because they were cheap once lol
Not at the moment, sir.
You're right, I wasn't clear. I was meaning in terms of mana curve, for Ex:turn 1 - one dropturn 2 - Phalanx Leaderturn 3, you want something super awesome like Brimaz, King of Oresko or Spear of Heliodthey are still good, i was just saying having 7 instead of 8 is one idea
I'm not sure - I think cutting would mainly be preference. Possibly one of your Hopeful Eidolon or Nyxborn Shieldmate? Starting with multiple 1 drops decreases their value some, because they almost have to be bestowed. However, I think play testing is the best option (at this point in time).
I know he's a legend and all, but x4 Brimaz? He's just so cool! Maybe -1 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx / +1 plains, you're not starving for mana. I think you could do without Acolyte's Reward, but that's a preference of mine. If this is FNM, ignore this next one... But if this is for Standard Competetive... sideboard Revoke Existence, sir. It's a great start, though, and I think it does what it sets out to do. Let me know what you think.
I'm not sure if you need Forced March, it's only one card slot though. Maybe remove it for a fourth Cabal Coffers? I think something like wisps could be more helpful than Abyssal Gatekeeper. Personal preference: Every deck I've ever played with Arena in it had Dark Rit. It's just so much fun as a turn 1 play.
Try to mainboard Robber Fly, it goes well with your other creatures. Condier replacing Burning Inquiry - it does go well with some of your other cards but it hurts you too. I think if you find something that does almost as much to your opponent but hinders you much less, you'll be happier.
With some tinkering, it could be worked in, but you are also right about the budget. Thanks for the comment though!
Ashcoat Bear?
Consider replacing Quicken - you don't have a lot of need for it.
I think it's important to note that this deck is taged "Two headed giant". I don't think that for the format and the price of this deck that it is "too" slow. It might be a little slow, but it does what it sets out to do.
Have you considered Bitter Ordeal? Also it might be a preference, but you might be able to use x3 Brainstorm instead - you aren't trying to combo off super fast, so you might have less card advantage from it if you drew 2 in a starting hand - it's a minor detail I suppose.
I think you could take out Porcelain Legionnaire, you don't "need" it.
Very* I don't know if it's worth playing this more than once a month :P but fun when you do
Funny right? I think it's worth your extra islands :P
Extended even !
I love Rancor, (I'm using it in two of my seven active decks at the moment) but I think you could use those two card slots for something else, other than that I think you did a lot of nice work here (and nice job keeping it under $50).
