I’m not sure if this is designed to be a budget deck, but if it isn’t, Vexing Devil is a really good burn tool, and Lightning Axe just can’t be beat.

Nice, is Standard legal
You know, this deck is modern legal, right? It would be better to play in Modern than Legacy, you would fail pretty hard trying to play this deck in legacy. No offense, but it just isn’t quite up there.
Okay, fineI didn’t know that this was meant to be competitive, but Omnivore isn’t a bad creature to haveJust saying
Hydra Omnivore isn’t red, and it’s damage is dealt to each opponent when it deals damage to one opponent
I like it a lot. This deck actually makes a lot of sense, and I like the way it’s all laid out. I like the fact that there isn’t really much of an issue for the opponents can search their library for a creature thing on Heavyweights because the deathtouch would take them out anyway, it doesn’t matter, and having another wincon is always a good idea.
Maybe add a few Flame Slashes or Lightning Axes, always great burn tools and not expensive. So creature-wise, Cinder Pyromancer is amazing in decks with lots of one-drop damage cards, and Fire Servant is really good, but to play it, you probably want to play this deck with around 20 lands. Also Grim Lavamancer wouldn’t be a bad addition, and neither would Thermo-Alchemist. Chain Lightning is never bad, and you can pay a little extra mana to have it keep going, which is very useful if your opponent(s) have multiple creatures out.Quest for Pure Flame isn’t bad either, it can double the damage you do to your opponent’s for a turn.Reverberate lets you get a little more out of your damage-dealing instants, copying them for greater use.
Maybe a Blood Tyrant to go with those powerful creatures
I would probably recommend a couple Hydra Omnivores, because they are 8/8 hitters that deal damage to everyone else when they deal damage to one opponent and they only cost 6 mana.
But it’s not under $25That’s the low cost, not the medium cost, which is about what you’ll find the deck for anywhere you go
Okay, but what about the excessive amount of creatures?
I think that there are a few too many creatures and not enough lands. I would recommend at least 24 lands in total. And I would probably dial down the creatures to 26 or less, as even my amazingly stompy hydra deck that I own in real life only has 24 creatures total.
Yeah. This deck gives “mana ramp” a whole new meaning.
Exactly $50 in the middle end
