this with the temple of silence and gift of immortality! gift will set the heroic off every time it dies and gets attached at the beginning of the end step!
I added Olivia because she has control features that couldn't be ignored! plus I'm using red as a mana source... why not?
try it if you got the cards... I put red in the deck to give it diversity, it also opens it up to interpretation...

Who are you and what are you thinking? 40 cards isn't tournament legal for constructed! Draft maybe, but where the hell are you going to get those cards in a draft? Are you feeling ok?
Mono white and no Emeria, the Sky Ruin? How about Strata Scythe, or armored ascention?

I would use wall of omens instead of wall of frost. You have enough control! Now lets get some draw spells to get it moving! I made a deck that used venser and Jace the mind sculptor, which had a ton of control. The creature based decks was where it flourished but when I faced valakut, and titan force decks it slowed dramatically. All you are using the red for is lightening bolts and pyroclasms, Im sure there is better removal in white and blue that wont slow your deck down!
