Yeah 3/1 with rancor - my bad. My take is this: dryad ability is very specialized, therefore it might or might not work, depending on the situation. First strike on the other hand, will work 100% of the time. But again, you know better what decks you play against...

I'd go with warclamp mastiff - bost it with charm or rancor and you got 3/3 first strike trample turn 2 if you got good hand early game
What's Gather the Townsfolk role in your deck? seems out of place...
How younger, because Phyrexian Obliterator just recently came out... :)
I would dump the crusader since infect has nothing to do with this deck and put in more deathtouch cards. Wurmcoil and pinions is awsome though!
Phyrexian obliterator would hardly work well, since it requires 4 black mana
