I love the deck, Boros quest is just nasty.
But perhaps you meant Misty Rainforest as Scalding Tarn, or Verdant Catacombs?

I like the deck, but I don't see how you use Squee for Braids.
Squee comes back at the same time as you sacrifice, so unless you plan on sitting there and rotating through your two Squee's... I just don't see any synergy

I logged on to tweak one of my newer projects(Bant Vengevine), and I saw that this had hit top deck status. I expected it to make it, but this just makes me happy to see CounterTop/Braids front page!
I can not explain the maddening props I give, THIS is what I want to see take the Grand Prix Madrid this year!

Do you remmber "dirt" decks before thunderbluff? I think this will be the straw that breaks the camels back, and set-up for a thunderbluff 2.0...

I like using inferno titan for a win condition, he packs an INSANE punch.

Wow, I haven't seen Sorceress Queen in a WHILE. I can see her being real fun with the over abundance of Tarmogoyf's about...

If he splashes it won't be stompy, or even metal-stompy. It would be some bizzare deviation of Simic.

I guess he's more iron-fish than stompy, the guy who runs the shop I usually play at runs him, and his deck just straight DESTROYS everybody. I'm the only one in our group who can control him more than two turns, and that's only because I'm the only one running grave pacts...

This is pretty epic, but have you considered running ye olden Mycosynth Golem over Wurmcoil? He speeds metal-stomp up like a dark ritual to black aggro.

This is just stupid nasty, it even runs Chalice...
Congratulations, I give this a stamp of awesome/evil!

Sorry not Conflux, that's what I was looking at... I meant Fish.

Pithing Needle perhaps, it usually slows down Painter/Grindstone decks enough for a full blown aggro to kill them. And it can take care of the odd Conflux matchup.

Your sideboard should give you a great matchup with them, I liiiiike.

I'm loving this deck, and it's great.
But this is going to have a TERRIBLE matchup with Reanimators, and they've gotten REALLY popular again.

I'd suggest siding Relic of Progenitus for the dredge matchup as well, they're popping up like W/U control does in extended...

It's more the idea that I find brilliant, there's alawys a way to cheat something out. ALWAYS.

I like it, but it just seems a bit shaky. I see it being great, but it needs a little more spawn power I think to really justify the broodwardens.
If you change the Noble Hierarch for some birds, it'd be about the optimal standard stompy. I just think it could use some work before extended or legacy.

I like the deck, but I have to ask; does your budget happen to allow Venser?

I'll admit the Sengir vampires are overcosted, but if you grab some Urza's Incubator's, and name vampire... The old Sengir tribes just WRECK.

I'd suggest going the tried and true route of Eldrazi Monument, using Nissa's Chosen as the sacrifice fodder. Even without Genesis Wave those decks are pains...
