I would add gilt-leaf archdruid for land control

the whole point is creature copying, not instant copying. I wanted to use him but there wasn't enough room in the deck.
you know, there is always giant harbringer
add in some 1-drops to speed things up. llanowar elves or birds of paradise should do nicely
it doesn't even do combat damage when it blocks. the whole point is for it to do combat damage.
allies ARE the new coalition. and a coalition deck without Coalition Victory? yeah this needs some work. get rid of the dragons, for starters.
add planar chaos since you can stack your own odds.
go with Rafiq. it's the most compatible with the Bant theme. However, main deck Asura. I mean, how CANT you pass that up?
you know I would, but it's for my deck challenge to base my deck around colors that don't match the abilities I gave them.
run marshal coup instead of join the ranks.
it is pro-red. and it lets me use hurricane freely without having to spend a brightstone ritual just to save all my guys. besides, I'm not going to splash green for the use of one card.
flourishing defenses (infinite elves)
devoted druid + quillspike
furnace of rath and stuffy doll would rape with this.
I love slivers with rebels. the slivers just make things ridiculous. I wanted to add black for more rebels and conspiracy, but there just aren't enough synergetic black cards.
don't have room for the shield. besides, that would be unoriginal
prismatic omen would draw me away from the storm aspect. besides, I should theoretically have my land base out by turn 4
yeah but it wouldn't be any fun without domain. gotta work with the synergy here
it's unique, but its still extended mill. I like the aggro element, for which Oona will be a great addition. however, I'm just not impressed by extended mill. there are so many good mill cards from way back when that I'd be more impressed to see this in standard.
If you're going to have so much draw, I would use creatures which power up to cards in your hand that will help this deck a lot.
