its preaty much about be immortal :) cast pariah in combinatin with one of legendary creatures with indestructibility or use indestructibility spell (which is also nice on palace guard). now youre immortal. fine, but it isnt win yet. so you have some indestructible creatures why dont wipe board with wrath of god and only survivors will be your guys that cant be killed :) now eldrazi conscription on lets say konda should make it. even without conscription you have lots of time :) also you need to survive until your pariah arrives, so some damage preventing spells and some creatures with good thoughness is the answer.
