It seems good and quick, I just don't understand how you are supposed to win in turn 1? Or did your just mean it will kill opponent with single stroke? ("I really wanted to make a turn one kill budget deck. Success!")Otherwise, +1 like.

If you can flash out the Glistener at the beginning of your opponent's first turn (they also have to go first), then you can use any combination of the pump-ups plus Assault Strobe to win on your first turn.
