Jotun Grunt and stuff to remove counters.
Get stuff into the graveyard and pull out Jotun Grunt.Put what I need on bottom of graveyard and shuffle with Evolving Wilds/Terramorphic Expanse.Protect creatures with Inner Sanctum and keep counters off it with Hex Parasite, Thrull Parasite and Vampire Hexmage.Counter removers could potentially mess up opponent's decks as well.

That is almost perfect, but it requires 2 black mana :(I'll have to find a use for that card in another deck.
