Basically the deck idea is nice to reduce the casting cost of all your spells with other permanents you control. That being said, some areas of imrovement do exist.Coloured mana cost of Searing Wind or Lightning Bolt does not go away with Arcane Melee or alike cards that reduces casting cost by 2. Those reduce only the colourless mana cost and do not reduce any coloured mana unless otherwise specified in the card itself.Also note, that you need to pay minumum of 4 mana in your upkeep to prevent sacrificing your Draco. You have "only" 3 basic land types in the deck and thus you cannot get rid of the upkeep cost entirely. Draco is actually quite expensive on the long run as it reduces your mana pool by minimum of 4 for each Draco on the battlefield.To get max out of Draco, you'd need to have 5-colour deck with access to one of each basic land types. This also gives you much more versatility with multiple other cards, but mana base can be quite hard to optimize.
