this deck is ok, personally i would run 1 of each cop, and something to change the color of it, or just 4 story circles. but the biggest problem is either upgrade your lands to filter lands or throw in some basics its always going to be waiting a turn from those come into play tapped lands. Come into play taped- Savage Lands x4 Rupture Spire x4 Jungle Shrine x4 Crumbling Necropolis x4 Arcane Sanctum x4 20/28 lands also i do not think 28 lands is needed unless your doing something with them.
