this is a good begining, i think u need kalastira highborn, sanguine bond and blood tribute makes a huge combo, u can also put consume spirit and feast of blood and i like the malakir bloodwitch too. Your deck is a great begining keep working on this and im sure this deck will rape :P and maybe try to get a planeswalker liliana vess or sorin markov

drop doom blade to the sideboard and add tendrills of corruption then drop mind sludge for consuming vapors and lastly that kalastria is needed

i play vamps and a good combo i found was vampire aristocrat with kalastira highborn and butcher of malakir that way vampire aristocrat will allow you to sacrifice creatures and butcher of malakir will make your opponent sacrifice and creature and kalastira highborn will leach away there life and also blood seekers work very well against token decks (such as elf decks (baby making bastards))
The blood tribute combo is amasing but not in a vampire deck vampires are ment to be fast and by the time you get the mana for that combo your oppenent should be dead, this is a very good start tho, I'd take out the bloodwitch she'll end up sitting in your hand as much as she does on the field, kalastria highborn is amasing, I'd replace bloodwitch, and viscera seer is a nice combo with bloodghast and kalastria, remove terramorphic expanse entirely mabey crypt of agadeem. I'm currently running R/B leg vapires and I'm running dark ritual, 1st turn nighthawk seems badass just saying lol check out my deck tho for ideas
