turn one play Hex Parasite, turn two play mana leak or counter spell, if you did not play Hex Parasite turn one then play Ferropede or mana short to either help set up for Decree of Silence or slow the game down, turn four play any counter spell to slow the game down or a high tide and a Guile, turn five play high tide the play Decree of Silence. once you have out Decree of Silence you do not have to play counter spells any more then you use Hex Parasite or Ferropede to keep the counters off of Decree of Silence. you have brainstrom in the deck to help look for cards and Force of Will if your tap out with no Decree of Silence in play.
