With Virulent Wound there, take out the Blades and Throats, add Tainted Strikes for Thrummingbird, add Creeping Tar Pit for it too. Remove a Hand of the Praetors and the Stoic Rebuttals for some pumps, either Vampire's Bite or Virulent Swipe. You also need 4 Distortion Strikes and maybe some Livewire Lash', Flensermite is NOT good, replace them with a Crusader, and 1 of each Myr. Look at my U/B Infect and get some ideas.

I typically combo the virulent wounds with one of the blades or throats to kill a bigger creature with the kill spell and give them a poison with the wound. but the rest I agree with. I'll prob mod it and test it at FNM to see the difference.
