Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Basically what you want to do is play a bunch of really powerful cards with the drawback of skipping turns while also playing a bunch of cards that punish each player at the beginning of his or her turn. Late game, you're opponent should be suffering from severe damage, land loss, and creature loss each extra turn they get while you can do severe damage on your turn because of all the bonuses you get by sacrificing turns.

smokestack? Decent into madness?

I traded out smokestack for into the abyss early on because into the abyss is more immediate. Descent into madness only works on my upkeep, which destroys the point of making the opponent take extra turns.
