ISo if used it to turn a hydra with a bunch of counters into a copy of a sage it wouldn't keep it's counters?
Dude, he works so perfectly! Sac the kalonian put all his counters on the sage plus get to put four on scourge then bioshift those onto the sage. Nothing but extra turns, in standard none the less.

Yeah he was cool I just never used him. I had three at one point. I've traded them all though. Got almost a whole deck for the foil I had.

Ha! That's pretty good. I still have my MC Hammer pants from when I was kid... I'll just walk in next Friday wearing them while carrying a boom box blaring that song. If nothing else it should distract all my opponents...
Well they're all optional costs, my thoughts are if it only costs one mana to cast it then it's a one drop. If you want to kick, buyback or play flashback it doesn't change the cmc of the card. I do however think x cards are kind of cheating unless you can use it with just one mana. Also bestow costs don't change the cmc either.
I think if kicker costs are in flashback/buyback should be too. If you kick a creature that cost R with and extra 1R and it comes out a 3/3 or something. It's more like playing a creature that's 1RR and is a 3/3. There's not much difference...
What are you running in its place?
So if it's not control and it's not aggro, what exactly would you label it? To me it's as much control as I care to play lol. Being someone that tries to win as soon as possible I was kind of proud of this build.
It looks fun, I'd try it out but I've traded every Brimaz I've gotten and he looks to be kind of important in this build.
Maybe it should be called controlled aggressively?? Then we can both be right, I'm all about compromise haha
I love the card just haven't found it useful, I feel like esper might be a good home for it.
