it needs some finishers. how about ajani's pridemate? or felidar sovereign? soul warden rocks for these decks too because it gives you life when opponents play creatures too. celestial mantle is a great card to finish the game too if you have felidar sovereign.

Healer of the Pride could work nicely since you have restoration angel and cloudshift.
