Immobilizing your opponent with Cephalid Constable and Patron Wizard. Pump up Cephalid Constable quickly (Empyrial Plate or Sigil of Distinction), make it unblockable (Cloak of Mists or Minamo Sightbender), and keep them from getting out lands. Use Patron Wizard and counters to keep Cephalid Constable safe. Sage of Epityr should keep you on track but I threw in Escape Artist in case those plans fall through.

I think you could do some damage with distortion strike, 1 cmc for 2 unblockable attacks and +1/+0, and maybe a whispersilk cloak, for more unblockable with added shroud. check out my wizard tribal deck and leave a comment: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=157915
