I'm not understanding why this comes up as "Not Legal" in any of the given formats. Please help me figure out why and what I can do to fix this if need be. Thanks.

You need 60 cards:D That's why it's not legal.
Okay, thanks. I just figured since I was over 40 cards it would be, but that makes sense. I also thought that maybe it was because I have more than 4 special lands (Lands with effects). Thanks once again. :)
By lands with effects you mean like non-basic lands right? Cuz you can have 4 each but as many different ones as you like.About the deck, are you interested in spending money on it? Cuz if so I can think of many ways to improve it.
Yes, I meant non-basic lands. I could spend money on improving this deck. What do you recommend? Btw, I added some cards to the deck and sideboard that seemed to be interesting as well to bump it up to 60 cards plus. I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
Well, first of all do you want this standard or modern? That's the first thing I need t know, then pls give me a budget,, say 42 bucks. Then I'll come up with some lists and we'll take it from there.
Thanks for the reply. I'm looking at doing a standard format deck with a budget of about $50 USD. Thank you for all of your help. :)

I just took a look at what you've constructed and I like what you've done. This is definitely do-able for me. Thank you once again for your quick responses. It's been very helpful. I just wondered about the two Caves of Koilos. If they are tapped for white or black mana they deal damage to you. I realize that there's a lot of life gain in this deck which could potentially combat the minute amount of damage inflicted by the two caves, but what is the benefit of using these two non-basic lands over others that might not deal any damage to its caster. Is it for mana fix? Thanks. :)
NP I'm here to help. And yes the caves are there just for fixing, they aren't super necessary but I think they will help a lot.
