Deck Description

QUICK AND EASY; DRAW A SAMPLE HAND

I really like this deck myself and the concept is fairly simple, @Devoted Druid @Quillspike.
Apply @Mercy Killing @Llanowar Augur for kill. If need be use @Llanowar Augur.

Only use @Summoner's Pact for @Devoted Druid or @Quillspike.

How to Play

Best 1st turn drops:
1: @Magus of the Vineyard HANDS DOWN. (This opens your first turn combo up very much and allows you to have a great start to the game.)
(These next few are only if you don't start with @Magus of the Vineyard).
2: @Commune with Nature. (This helps you to draw a @magus of the vineyard or another core card to help you get a great start right off the bat. This also often throws off your opponent.)
3: @Llanowar Augus/ @Traverse the Ulvenwald. (@Llanowar Augus is just good to have early on for later when you are trying to pull original @Devoted druid @ Quillspike combo.) (@Traverse the Ulvenwald is good if you don't draw a good mana but this is also somewhat unlikely so feel free to pull mana where you need.)

Best 2nd turn drops:
1: @Devoted Druid, get him out there.
THIS IS ONLY IF YOU DIDN'T DO @MAGUS THE VINEYARD FIRST TURN
2: @Quillspike, if you can.
3: @Commune with Nature, to search for @Quillspike @Devoted Druid combo.

Best 3rd turn drops:
EITHER @Devoted Druid OR @Quillspike.
IF YOU HAVE BOTH BY NOW POP EITHER @Mercy Killing OR USE @Llanowar Augur ON @Quillspike IF YOU CAN FOR 4TH TURN END GAME.

Best 4th turn drops:
Pop @Llanowar Augur or use @Mercy Killing.

INITIAL @Devoted druids @Quillspike FIRST!!!
Enjoy = )

So why should I love this? It's just a green weenie deck

Infinite combo for trample heavy hitter or weenies.* And it's a very very fast deck, I play competitive and the speed on how this deck comes out sets it aside entirely. And it's cheap enough honestly to run all shinies = )

I understand the druid and quillspike being a combo, but even still, you have zero haste in the deck. I know there's a green enchantment that grants haste and highly recommend looking into it. If you want this to be a threat, it needs speed.

It kills 4th turn atm at best which is good for modern. But I will look into it. Going to card shop today and I'll lyk what I find.

It runs fairly smooth as is. Cheap haste would do nice but if you keep it mono green then stay how it is bc it is fast even a till it is a timer deck. As in. It's just an amount of time.

As much as I would like to agree, if you went up against something like 8 whack you would get destroyed. There's a reason almost every aggro deck runs predominantly red.

That is true. And I havnt lost all day with this but I appreciate the idea of haste bc it really does need it. I just wasn't thinking about that with green = )

The easiest way to do it is to run the enchantment that grants haste, but there's two problems with it. 1, it grants haste to ALL creatures, not just yours. 2, it's legacy
