Deck Description

Mix of Token/Populate, Flicker deck

Okay for my latest udpate regarding this deck

First, I totally removed Growing Ranks, kinda slow for me
you might as well count on Trostani, SV to populate

Second, replaced Parallel lives with Wayfaring Temple

Third, I added Cathar's Crusade at first i was hesitant to add this
but when i was doing a test run it's good.

Quick Question guys which is better for this deck a.pilgrim or a.elf?
advantage for a.elf is that you can use it to untap Forest and Temple Garden
and as for A.Pilgrim is that it produce W mana so i wouldn't have any problem
casting white spells (deck ratio for G/W spells is almost the same so...)

maybe take out the cloud shift... i understand you want to bounce your thrags and your one wurm but everything else is mainly tokens..... replace cloudshift with maybe another wurm or 2 or even that green sorcery from RtR slime molding... good start to a great deck tho :)

how about +1 for both thrag and wurm and them +1 slime molding? or 3 thrags is not that good?

If your going for flicker you should drop the precinct captain for 2 seller of birds and another wurm just in case it is slow moving to start you can always flicker for another 2 bird tokens assuming you have parallel out

Either one they both have pros and cons attended is stronger but the token isnt flying. Seller is weaker but token has flying

Looking pretty good, very similar to mine, except I'm running somberwald sage for mana ramping, but I'm still running into problems with faster decks.

I like loxodon smiter but I would maybe run wayfaring temple since it could be a huge creature if you happen to pull it later in the game, I played my deck last night and had 2 wayfaring temples out that we're 17/17 each with all the tokens I had. : )

Hey thanks for the feedback, yeah you need L.Smiter this is selesnya answer's for those pesky counter and discard and as for wayfaring temple yep I also use it I replaced parallel lives with it.

Parallel lives is a most in token decks. Warfaring is nice and sometimes good it attracts to much attention an doesn't stay out long most times.

as for parallel lives here's i still haven't decided on that my only concern is that when i'm against let say burn or any deck with red cards on it you'll be dead before you amass an army of token (bonfire simply will kill you) so i opted to add another options in my deck midnight h., call of conc, and entreat for tokens (given that intangible and gavony is there and by that tapping a creature it is easy to get your 8/8 monster) and as for providing creatures deck has plenty of it and in-case we also have life gainer here.

I get what your saying but a bonfire is going to turn wayfaring into a little guy any way. It can really go either way.

yep exactly that's why i opted to use wayfaring here just dish out some damage as quickly as you can and populate some but then again you have a point there it's either i remove some spells here like do a -1 cathar's and -1 cloudshift etc just to fill in parallel lives.

I would drop Intangible Virtue, and go with 3 Rancor's, or go with Collective Blessing.

I was thinking rancor as well if you go with wayfaring the trample will still trigger populate. Otherwise someone just has to throw a 1/1 in front of wayfaring and no populate

guys i need your input should i go +3 rancor -1 midnight haunting +1 wayfaring temple -3 intangible virtue
or just +3 rancor ? so far deck's doing good after some test run
