Deck Description

hello ladies and gentlemen . this is a deck i came up with in my spare time and i thought it was pretty interesting . let me know what you think of my gruul/Boros deck Nile Gross for short .

How to Play

how to play the deck you say ? its easy ! drop low drop creature, swing with creature to kick off battlion ( if said creature has it ) and if ya get off bloodrush it for more damage.
btw the bloodrush is also good to keep creature alive from damage spells such as searing spear .

Deck discussion for Naya GROSS

Bloodrush can only be used when the creature is attacking sadly so it will only save it from an in combat searing spear. I'd suggest less two of's. That's always my suggestion for a deck that wants to perform consistently. Two of a card means you want to see one every once in a while, three means you want to see about one a game, four means you always want the card and multiples copies are awesome. This isn't true for control decks because they have so much card draw but for your typical deck those are the general guidelines

^One of means you should be playing a control deck if you ever wish to consistently see it

ah ic I like how ya put that it seem to be accurate , ill probably change some stuff around still in the testing stage with this deck. would there be any cards you would suggest I bump up from 2 to 3 or 4?

It depend on if you want to go aggro or midrange. If you are going aggro drop the mana dorks and bump up some of your low cost creatures (boros elite, wasteland viper, wojek halberders, rancor too, etc). Midrange will be about the opposite with you keeping the mana dorks and increasing the number of big impact spells (Assemble the legion for example).

the idea i have is that its suppose to be pretty aggressive , so ill probably work on getting some more boros elites and things like that any other suggestions ?

Well my biggest suggestion would be to look up a naya blitz deck in that case to get a feel of the creatures that do well on the offense and build from there. I'm not a fan of net decking but there is definitely a lot to be learned by looking at other successful decks
