Like every blue deck, this one controls. it steals, deceives, Manipulates, and counters. with siding in some copy, counters, and a solution to tutoring. Its time to spread more infection though the use of blue. the hardest and most known color now fights for Phyrexia.
in my opinion, this deck is hard to run. the only infect is blight agent and drake. and most of the deck is proliferation. so you must control the game until you over power them. either get a poison counter in early, or control your opponent enough to sneak one in.
